Culpeper County V. F. D. Points System

Section A: Operational Member must maintain a minimum number of 41 points annually:

Twelve (12) Administrative Points
Twenty-five (25) Operational Points
Four (4) Operational Training Points

Section B: Administrative Member must maintain a minimum of 15. Points annually.

Section C: Associate member has no points requirement.

Section D: Junior Member must maintain a minimum of 32 points annually.

Eight (8) Administrative Points
Twenty (20) Operational Points
Four (4) Operational Training Points

Administrative Points:
Fire Department monthly meetings: 1 point per meeting
Committee/County meetings (Other Meetings): 1 point per meeting
Events/Pub-Ed’s: 1 point per event
Work Details: 1 point per detail
Fund Raising Events: 1 point per event
Parade: 2 points
Carnival: 1 point per session

Operational Response Points:
Answering Emergency Calls: 1 point per call
Truck Check – Station Duty / Special Duty /Admin. Duty: 1 point per every 4 hours

Operational Training Points:
Monthly & In-house training: 1 point per event
Approved outside training: 1 point per every 2 hours
